That's good that the bird managed to find its way out again - some birds like swallows are very good at navigating indoors, but I worry about sparrows and pigeons panicking (a pigeon managed to find its way into my former workplace one summer evening, and my colleagues found it in the morning - luckily they managed to shepherd it out before it pooped on more than just the metal filing cabinet )
