I'd have not met (in real-life) some very very close friends and not met many good friends I've yet to meet.
On the super modest side 
The world wouldn't have known about the "
" in 2008 
until other social media places came to being, but! to go on them would mean lowering my standards 
and that ain't happening

And we're lucky in h2g2 to have an archive filled with all those Researchers' words of wisdom, so even though I may not have directly 'spoken' to all of them in h2g2, I certainly recogise their usernames from having encountered their contributions
