There's something about a bridge over a river that gives me a sense of contentment. Conversely, whenever a flood washes away a bridge, I panic a bit.
I've gone over some of the bridges in this video:

The bridge in Hart's Location has been washed away at least twice in my lifetime 
. Downstream there's an old covered bridge that's high enough above the water to have endured for decades.
So, I enjoy seeing a good bridge on a nice day.
