19 degrees seems OK with me...
My self built Austrian hypothermal bath only reached 14.6 degrees. Rather invigorating on a hot day, but nothing compared to the 11 degrees of the French mountain lake I took a dip in (you could see the glacier feeding it).

I used to enjoy wading into mountain streams in the White Mountains.

Depending on the weather it's sometimes almost too cold for me. 
But I like that it's natural spring water without chemicals.

The closest I came to visiting that place was when I was in a park in Vienna. They had a swimming pool. They really know how to maintain places like that.
