I'm trying to guess how these paving stones fit into the scene around them. The blues are very pretty.

I'm not surprised Superfrenchie could not pass by that scene without taking note - the decline of civilisation indeed... I admire the team that worked on the beautiful geometry of the paving, and deplore the sloppiness of the maintenance team that didn't appreciate the geometry...

Maintenance workers are often poorly paid and trained. To be honest, my heart goes out to them sometimes.
