A staircase becoming a beetle, or a beetle taking over a staircase?

The "beetle" looks to me like a paper wasps' nest. This cannot end well.

Well, if you drop to the left between the bars, you still have the round banister rail to hang on to.

Isn't it funny how we all experience things differently through the senses. And do we share the same experiences? Like, how can we prove the taste of sugar is the same for any of us, or the feel of a green leaf.

Seems ages ago since I was in this experimental phase, I'm now in my Incredibly Grown Up Know Just What I'm Talking About phase. What???????? You're not convinced????

There's nothing incredible about your being grown up. You're allowed to have an inner child, though, and to provide TLC for that child.

This is another fascinating image - I like how it is abstract, but the geometry of the staircase is still in there, rendered organic by the curvature caused by the Mandelbrot Set A87743956

Black and white is perfect for this - great combination of tones
