We can call it a Neovenator if we wish. Who knows what it called itself? It was familiar with a very different Earth than the one we know. Flowering plants came along during the Cretaceous period (late in the dinosaurs' era).

Tree ferns and evergreens would have been plentiful.

I am probably babbling. Sorry.
