Video: Kafka Fights City Hall

The mosaic floor in City Hall.

We finally had an opportunity to look inside the city hall and courthouse that has this statue of Lady Justice on top. Inside, it is even more wonderful: look at that floor! They have these downstairs and upstairs, where the courtroom is.

Fortunately, there was no judicial action going on today. So we got to sit and contemplate all this architectural magnificence. Which led to the following short subject: an abbreviated version of Frank Kafka's 'Before the Law'. It's kind of a downer, so we threw in a kittycat.
