Oh yeah I don't like eating even tiny specks of the shell, like sand in sandwiches on the beach...

They are rather expensive (something like there times the price of hen's eggs) but I enjoy the meditative aspect of peeling the tiny eggs

Compared to a hen's egg, the yolk is comparatively large so there's less eggwhite, and hence they taste more creamy in my opinion Quail Eggs are more delicate in flavour than a hen's egg, too - I found that poaching them in water removes what little flavour there is, whereas boiling them in their shells preserves the creaminess
