While I was in France, someone I know said that people had hidden children in a cave during the war. Was that true? Certainly, this part of France is composed mainly of limestone and therefore has caves. So I put a cave in my story. It's a change from the isolated farmhouses.
But I have a feeling that I'm getting more and more reckless with my story, letting it get more unlikely as it goes along.
Never mind, at least I made my 1797 words for the day.

I don't know if it's true, but it seems possible.
I mean, the Chambon sur Lignon people sent the kids in the forest when raids were announced, so, why not caves ?

I like the cave. Please keep it. It seems authentic also, as the others are saying.
If you take out the cave I'll go sulk in a cave.

A rainbow after the storm? An mvp type rainbow that has yet to be invented. heheh. Cor honestly, these writers. You never know where they're going to take you.
Interesting phrase that, cloud with a silver lining, or even just silver lining. I wonder where it originated?
