I'll try out the tips myself once my virus is gone - right now, I manage about 4-5 hours in a row if I use the inhalator just before bedtime. After that, I wake up feeling breathless and have to use it again. I guess it takes a couple of days for the cortisone to kick in.

The blogger mentions blue light. I know that Michelle over at nonnompaleo.com who works graveyard shifts finds it easier to go to sleep if she's wearing tinted orange protective glasses before going to sleep.

Well, I sleep like a baby at the weekends anyway, I suppose that's something. And l no longer feel bad about it.

That's another interesting quote 'Sleep like a baby' I will admit I don't have first hand experience but according to all my friends, babies wake up screaming every few hours.
