Well meaning editorial policy has 'corrected' my
original spelling of 'violince'. Let me assure you
the 'i' was deliberate so it would rime with wince
and ensure that the average reader would recognise
violins as the truly violent weapons that make us
all wincers with constricting sphincters.

I do realise how difficult it is to deliberately
deviate from conventional 
spelling. 
It goes against the grain of reason and proven form.
Even I, who consistently insists on rime and whirled,
catch myself conforming to more conventional standards.
It takes a certain conditioning to know what's write
can often be sarong.
I thank you for the adjustment.
