h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well actually, the 1st. I completely forgot to post this before 12am. I guess it's still the 30th somewhere. I can't believe I screwed that up on my last journal for this series, but whatevs.

And since I've already taken my nighttime medications, I am getting to sleepy to write much.

I will just say to my readers that I appreciate all of your stopping my on my journal, even if you didn't leave messages. I appreciate your support through some of the rough times I am having. I also have been reading and enjoying many of the NaJoPoMo journals, though I haven't left messages on many of them. If there is a prize, I think it should go to Paulh for his Perils, though.

I was lucky to have my name drawn for the prize that was given out for the NaJoPoMo 2011 and it's one of my most prized possessions.

"I'm so glad we had this time together, just to have a laugh (well not on this journal) or sing a song. Seems we just get started and before you know it, comes the time we have to say so-long."

Now I'm getting sentimental about the month. Last year after NaJoPoMo I took another long break from Hootoo. I was very sad when Ivan left and it just made me sad to come here. I've gotten used to Ivan being gone and I hope to stay around this time.

I hope you do stay around, I've enjoyed getting to know you through your journals. Your pet ones were great, I found them really interesting and entertaining. It's a shame you've had some tough times this month, but it seems to me you wrote about them honestly from the heart, and that was brave.

I hope you stay as well. I've LOVED reading your updates about your adorable pets, and how you get so much joy out of very badly behaved pets. Our pets are also badly behaved and very loved.

What deb and everyone else said. You are a valuable addition to the community and fit in perfectly like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle.

Thanks everyone. It's weird now, not to have to write a journal everyday. And my feed is much slower now that NaJoPoMo is over. I think I will stay, but I do tend to a lot. I'll try to post more.

I do more of than posting.

I did not make it thru the NaJoPoMo
but I am satisfied as to why at least! It was not
procrastination. I wish it was an h2 event in Feb.
as I dislike the short month,always feels longer,darker
and colder than most.

I hope you stay.
I have always enjoyed you.
It is always nice to have a place to revisit.
It ebbs and flows just like us. Just not always
at the same times.

A JoPo event would be nice in Feb. I agree, it is a surprisingly long dark month tho not as bad in Cali as it was in MN. JoPo would liven it up a bit but wouldn't be as long as the November JoPo obligation.

Though having 2 less days of obligation 3/4 of the time could be a *good* thing...

Of course, then it wouldn't be tied in with NaNoWriMo or NaBloPoMo.
