I rather fancy a 14 minute delay.
Imagine that whatever I said was not going to be heard for 14 minutes.
Then imagine that whatever response was made would take another 14 minutes for me to hear. Now, that means that when I say something, I have at least a half-hour to decide which way I want the conversation to go.
Oh, never mind, that is way too much like old fashioned blogging. In this day and age we tweet faster.

I just don't get Twitter. Tweeting is for the birds. 
's should have a dispensation from those activities. The birds do it more effectively in any case.
