Thank you for sharing this bit of your life. To show that not having an emotional break down is also OK.
Somehow I feel like I should comfort you, but you seem OK, so that would be awkward

Yeah, I got that, you're fine. And I am glad for that! I guess people might expect, even demand, that you should have lots of feelings and loss and therapy. Some do, some don't.
I'm rambling. That was the point of your piece sort of?
