Maria, thanks for putting this together in such a delightful way and sharing with a wider audience. I am so glad you guys get together and make such lovely things come together. You never realized you were a composer, did you?

hi maria
nice piece!
but i am confused... who wrote it?
i mean is it all you
partly cactus cafe
and/or an artful compilation of postings by various folks in cactus cafe's journal?
and, if so, in which journal entry does this take place?
i have trouble navigating pliney so i couldnt even find cactus cafe's journal when i got to the personal space...

Maria has deftly summarised the postings in Cactuscafe's journal, Fluffy. Go to CC's journal and look for the 'Daydream Journal'.

Electra, gracias. Eres muy amable
Fluffy, Dmitri has answered you but post 6 cannot be seen in Pliny.
In this writing, at the top, click on the word Cactuscafé. Once in her PS look for Daydream journal.
This is a kind of collage with the posts people left there. I´ve added some words and a frame.
I first selected the posts, starting with the first one. While I was copying and pasting I started to think about how I could glue all those scraps , then the glue come and before finishing collecting all the material I started to glue some pieces.
The compostion started thinking that I was Pizpireta, aka Cactus Café. I felt comfortable with that idea.
I had much fun doing it. So I can only say thank you Cactus Cafetina, Peanut and all the posters in that journal. But blame Dmitri , he´s the guilty of this writing.

Maria, I am taken by the way you tell us how you did this, a collage, with you glueing things together, adding words and a frame.
The daydream journal is a beautiful thread and your collage does it justice

Yes! Yes!
Wondrous indeed! Thankyou again, dear Maria!
(if anyone is checking out the Hootoo School of Maths, , erm ....fear not, and welcome. The blackberry wine is a present from Peanut, and we do maths in Spanish. We can chart the dimensions of the universe with a wink and a blink. We like cheese sandwiches and baked beans. We are the hopeful poets, the seekers, and we have inner sundials and wifi in the woodlands.)

Hullo fluffykerfuffle! (great name!)
(shakes hands)
And please to join the thread any time. I get rather surreal at times, , and completely incomprehensible, , but all in the spirit of exploring inspiration with trusted company.
Do you know anything about algebra? hmm. I am obsessed with the mysterious poetry of algebra, although I am currently on about seagulls.
