I live in a family of sneezers. Occasionally I sneeze a good one, but I'm not really allergic.
My darling R sneezes when the temperature changes. If he comes in from the cold and gets warm, or cools down rapidly, he will sneeze. Rather normal sneezes though. Not too explosive, and not held back.
My dad will sneeze five times at the time. Always has. My children's other grandfather performs a series of aaaach! aaaAAACH! aaAAACHH! without the actual Chooo, which is rather interesting to behold. (Behear?) Son is pollen allergic, but keeps his sneezing to reasonable amounts and volumes. And Peewee (who's here on h2g2) will do a set of kitten-like Chi chi chi chi ...CHI! when the need comes.

Imagines Milla's family all sneezing in concert. 
It's true that Dad's sneezes were once the loudest known. Even the neighbours could hear, when we lived in a semi-detached house.
I've never considered how loud my own sneezes are, just that they're quieter than Dad's.
