h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

It hurt, reading this, but it rings so true.

It brought me right back to memories of a strange relationship I had - I can't say which one of us was depressed, and which the carer. Probably both of us, in both roles - feeling completely washed out, and unable to help the other. It's not a good place to be.

I wish you strength, and I wish you lightness and joy. I wish you friends who help, and rest and play.

Sorry I haven't replied for ages. Been a bit distracted, you know. Life is up and down, depression tends to find fuel somewhere, but I keep fighting it.

I have braved dropping the medication, that's how good life is. But it's scary - I need to not get scared when I'm not totally happy. I am so afraid that every hint of blues is the real thing, but so far so good.
