By the way, VIP - would you have any objection if I were to write about Walls? I know that you started work on rescuing this article before it again ended up in the Flea Market. It's too good an article to be left to be covered in dust in the Flea Market.

Thanks for your blessing. I'm planning on seeing how well it does in Peer Review, with only a few tweaks here and there from the last version, and more edible walls. You never know, my version might end up in Flea Market too for someone else to rescue smiley - winkeye

So how is smiley - cupid? I'm finding getting my two to get to sleep in the evenings a lot more awkward this time of year, especially on the hot days we have been having...

He was doing very well until about six weeks ago, when he decided to start waking up two or three times a night. Today is the first time I remember being so zombie-like that I dare not get behind the wheel.

Thankfully, getting him to sleep in the evenings is a lot easier than getting him to sleep during the day. Daytime naps are a battle.

I remember the day time nap battle well. And just when you're convinced that they don't need daytime naps any more, they start falling asleep in the middle of the day even when they've not been doing much. My daughter always seemed to wake up at 6am, have breakfast, and then want a nap at 8am until 10am, and then not sleep again until bedtime at 6-7pm. Both fortunately were good at sleeping at night, but my daughter never would sleep unless she was in her cot, no matter how tired she was. Not in her car seat or pram - only her cot. That was a bit frustrating.

Hope you have a much better night tonight!
