Titania (gone for lunch)

And no, it's yet again going to be a deviance from the revising of Omens of Oblivion...

...because today, as I've already told my h2g2 RPG friends over at The h2g2 RPG Club A874109 I stumbled over an online ad that mentioned Elder Scrolls Online to be released for PC and Mac in 2013 (and no, I haven't managed to narrow it down much closer than that).

Bethesda Softworks are behind it and, as an avid gamer, I've already played Oblivion (yes, Omens of Oblivion is a fan fiction story heavily based on the game) and Skyrim (which I downloaded the moment it was available, on 11.11.11 - and how cool is that for a date?), and the idea of playing something similar as a MMORPG just thrills me to bits!smiley - boing

Oh, how I'd love to be a Beta tester of it - I've only been a Beta tester twice before. The first time it was for a handheld game (anyone remember Aldon's Crossing)? I Beta tested one of the player mods) and some obscure Russian game that I soon gave up on because of the extremely pixelly graphics (huuuuuge pixels).

Pretty graphics are a must for me (except, oddly enough, when it comes to Minecraft, but I think that's because I see it as a kind of online Lego).

And, based on previous experience of Bethesda graphics, I don't think I'll be disappointed...

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
