Actually its not Tom Tupa.
And I need to addend to my question that it was 3rd longest at the time. I don't know if anyone has gone longer since. Maybe they haven't and it still is. But just wanted to be clear about that *waffles*

Back in 1989 while playing for the Philly Eagles he booted a 91 yarder against the Giants.

Thought it was against the Giants. He seemed to do everything against the Giants in his Philly days. Probably why my brother has a voodoo doll of him to this day - he's sat next to Donovan McNabb
