Okay, name 2 teams from the original Americal Football Professional Organization in 1920 (to be rechristened the NFL 2 years later) that do not exist in any form today.

Canton Bulldogs and Decatur Staleys?

Only half-right, I'm afraid.

The Canton Bulldogs did indeed fold in the 1920's.

However, the Staleys moved from Decatur to Chicago the following year. And the year after that, they were renamed the Bears.

Have I reserved the rights to "Canton Bulldogs" as half the answer? ie anyone else has to think of two new ones?

The only other two I think can remember are:
Chicago Cardinals - who I suspect became St. Louis/Phoenix/Arizona.
Akron Packers - aka Green Bay.

Can we look at a map of the US to get some ideas for places?

The Cardinals are now in Arizona, yes.

The Packers didn't come into the league until the following year, but there was a team in Akron part of the original group. They weren't called the Packers, though.

I think that's close enough, but if you want to keep going...

I (BBS) managed 2 teams but only 1 with nickname, while FiedlersFizzle managed 3 all with nicknames. I'm inclined to give him his dues, even if does mean him getting further ahead on the leaderboard ...
