T.B. Falsename ACE: [stercus venio] I have learned from my mistakes, and feel I could repeat them exactly.

Does anyone here remember DungeonQuest, Games Workshop's english tranlation of Drakborgen? I was wondering if anyone was willing to try playin it on here, but with a GM to keep it fair.

Not me, sorry, I have never played any of the Games Workshop stuff.

I prefer PC/console based games, except that I'm pathetically stuck on Prince of Persia SOT smiley - erm.

here you are. It's not really an RPG, it's what I've seen described as a psuedo-RPG

I remember that. I loved it as a time watse boardgame for a fun evening. I used to play that through my uni years too, although more beer was involved then smiley - winkeye

Can you remember the name of the expansion set for it?

DungeonQuest: Caverns? And I believe there was one that was just a box of metal figures with extra player cards too yes? I lost all my boardgames far too long ago *sniffle*. I could do with a good bit of Chainsaw Warrior when I get home after work smiley - smiley

My local gaming shop has a copy of Chainsaw Warrior for sale. Oh and the expansions were/are DungeonQuest Catacombs and Heroes for DungeonQuest, I haven't got either and, like so many early GW products, they fetch stupid money on ebay. I think I'll stick to the two good games shops and the charity/thrift shops

Thanks a lot, Catacombs....that's what I was thinking of. They were both fun, although one of the Heroes, Azgor or something the Sorceror was just too broken to play. He could theoretically win on the first turn if I remember corrently, and nearly always got out of the Dungeon after getting to the centre in one turn.

smiley - sigh I probably could have made a fortune from all by old boardgames and RPG's if I had them still. Ebay would probably snap them up.
