I'm doing this. I've read 3/6 so far, and I'm working my way through Jamarach's Mengarie.

I too will do this, at least in part.
Tomorrow promises to be a nice enough day to encourage a walk to the public library where "Pigeon English" is being held for me.
Once I've read that I'll probably approach one of you for a Kindle loaner although how I'll get on with Kindle on PC is as yet a question.
Can anyone point me toward a Guide Entry with advice about Review Writing?

Wonderful!
I'll have to make a list. I hope you enjoy Pigeon English, I found it to be very very good and I can't wait to discuss it. There isn't an h2g2 entry on how to write a book review - so I suppose we'll all have to muddle through. We can discuss the books and then collaborate on the reviews.
There were some questions at the back of Pigeon English which will be good to start off a discussion with.
Here's some links about how to write a formal book review. Of course we don't have to do this, but they might be interesting.

Thank you!
That second link doesn't work as posted. It needs the final digit (l) to be removed:

I'll see what I can do. Timing is a bit unfortunate, cause I'm about to go away for eight days, but I'll see where I get.

I am getting a round toit. Really I am. At least the Russian one.

That took a double take! Why, I wondered, is her toit round?
Z, I bought Pigeon English. It was like 70% off.

I am reading. I accidentally read The Last Hundred Days which turns out to be on the list but is brilliant and should have been. I have The Sense of Ending and Snow Drops as tree books and I'm happy to pass them on if anyone would like.
