When we were offline, did you join the Noesis s2g2 forum? If you did, I'll need to know your Noesis user name. 
If you didn't join up, I'll come back with a link. (They have a "secret Gurus forum" where the behind-the-scenes stuff is being discussed)
Once I get you in there, there's a Google Group you need to join too for the duration of the great Foop. Details will follow, but right now I need the Noesis name to get things rolling.

Head over to Noesis and log in - you should neo see the h2g2 volunteer threads as well as the s2g2 stuff. Have a read around the "Tech Talk" forum in particular, and try to catch up on the chaos. 
Then head over to http://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en-GB#!forum/hootoo-gurus and apply to join the group - I'll authenticate you as soon as I get an email. 
After that, I'll explain the state of play and show you what we're up to.

Aargh. Sorry. The day got away from me and I wasn't watching this thread.
The link works, but only if you're already a member of the Group. I *thought* that if you weren't it just told you how to ask to join, but as I'm already a member I couldn't test that.
