I had a thought. Perhaps one of the categories for moderation should mention posting in other languages as that's the remaining bugbear for a lot of people. How about:

M- I wish I could post in my native language.
M-- Those asterisks and missing posts can be irritating and make conversations difficult to follow.
M--- Moderation really gets on my wick. It is entirely contrary to freedom of speech. I do my best to comment on this at every opportunity. I'm making rude signs at you all right now to see if you Yikes me.
M---- Right, that's it, I'm off.

It also makes more sense for that final category to have the maximum four minuses.

Hey, and why not put:

M+++ I am a moderator.

to see if anyone dares use it?

I see you've changed it. This eejit forgot about the new post-moderation thing, of course (well done on forming something relevant from my suggestions). Now I've remembered I want to say you could even include "M++++ I don't reply to postings, I just yikes them.". Is there a good reason for dropping the lowest category or did you just forget.
