A Conversation for FANTASY FOOTBALL - Season 5 - "Saints All The Way"
WEEK FOURTEEN
GreyDesk Started conversation Apr 20, 2003
A certain amount of normality is resumed with this week's selection.
- Almost all are Premiership games, so Uncle Heavy has no excuse for posting stupid scorelines
- No Sheffield United game for you to mull over, which will probably mean that that Kabba bloke will now score a hat-trick
- Yes, I *know* Leeds are back in the list yet again. But they are only there because they are playing Blackburn, and I realised that that was the one Premiership team that had not been up for selection so far
Birmingham v Middlesborough
Leeds v Blackburn
Bolton Wanderers v Arsenal
Chelsea v Fulham
Walsall v Derby County
Deadline - 12noon Saturday, 26th April
And the best of luck to you all

Spook, the Pools Panel has deemed the following to be your results:
Birmingham 0-0 Middlesborough
Leeds 2-1 Blackburn
Bolton Wanderers 1-0 Arsenal
Chelsea 1-3 Fulham
Walsall 0-1 Derby County
and sorry nothing for the scorer.

A bit of a mixed bunch this week, some low scores some quite high scores. The only things of note would be Ormondroyd nearly getting two full houses and Otto proving once again that he is a demon when it comes to the scorer/1st scorer thing
Anyway, the details...
Birmingham 3-0 Middlesborough (DUGARRY, Clemence, Lazaridis)
Leeds 2-3 Blackburn (VIDUKA, Dunn, Cole, Todd, Smith)
Bolton Wanderers 2-2 Arsenal (WILTORD, Pires, Keown, Djorkaeff)
Chelsea 1-1 Fulham (GOMA, Boa Morte)
Walsall 3-2 Derby County (JUNIOR, Valakari, Ravanelli)
-------
The Points:
Uncle Heavy - 2 points (Leeds result)
Master B - 4 points (Bolton scorer & 1st scorer, Walsall result)
Ormondroyd - 8 points (Birmingham & Walsall result, scorer & 1st scorer)
Tonto - 6 points (Birmingham scorer & 1st scorer, Leeds & Bolton result)
Egon - 7 points (Birmingham result, scorer & 1st scorer, Leeds result, Walsall scorer)
Sprout - 3 points (Leeds scorer, Walsall scorer & 1st scorer)
Robin - 2 points (Leeds result)
GreyDesk - 4 points (Bolton scorer & 1st scorer, Walsall result)
Otto Fisch - 6 points (Birmingham, Leeds & Walsall scorer & 1st scorer)
Spook - all I'm afraid
---------------
And all that makes Ormondroyd our weekly winner. Plus Otto has taken back 1st place in the table
(which will be updated once I have had a nice refreshing cup of )
