Oh, well that's alright then:

Newcastle 1-1 Manchester United (Solksjaer)
West Ham 2-0 Aston Villa (Carrick)
Wimbledon 2-2 Derby County (Kinkladze)

I did notice on my travels that BBCi had voted Robbie Keane's hilarious goal against Brum as their goal of the week! Marvellous...

Oh, incidentally, GD, if you're going to continue this theme of ex-sheffield united journeymen, there's a fella playing for Charleston Battery you may wish to cinsider:

Thanks for that Egon, much appreciated smiley - smiley I've taken a look at the fixtures for the following weekend and these come out as a nice group.

- there is Southampton and Wimbledon in there so you can all pick the usual of Beattie and Shipperley to score.
- we've Everton and Leyton Orient in the mix which will keep at least two people around here happy.
- and you can all get it wrong by picking Kabba for SheffU.

I think we'll run with that one. Cheers smiley - cheers

Are you going to include *current* Sheffield United journeymen too, GD? If so, one eminently suitable candidate springs to mind: http://www.soccerbase.com/footballlive/?MIval=players_details&playerid=8627smiley - footballsmiley - ok

No need to apologize there Unc, my prediction when it comes will be pretty similar. We've got four of our defenders crocked at the moment, and at least two of the remaining ones seem to be asleep when ever they take to the pitch.

Yes, I'm talking to you Messrs Murphy and Page smiley - cross
