well, I got a point when I guessed Wst Ham to win 17-0 with David James scoring the other week, so it seems fair to me.

Three nil against Palace, well that is very sweet of you Ormy, but I can't see it happening. The number of times I have stood/sat in the Arthur Wait stand as one or other of the teams grinds out one goal scoreline result
Of course this time will have a certain interest, as two days later I will be back there again for the away fixture against Franchise FC to play a little compare and contrast over the crowd numbers

You were cutting it a bit fine there

And oh look, it has just turned 12noon

Can I recommend spook for a pools panel, as he's a thoroughly fine gent who would obviously be put out of his way not to get here in time?
And also, I want to have a good laugh when he gets a prediction of Sunderland 3-0 Chelsea.

That seems a reasonable suggestion. I'll do just that
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to make tracks to get to one of the more unfashionable ends of North Croydon for the afternoon
