Wait... I just remembered that there IS that big wheel in London. We could easily adapt it for use. Some sheets of perspex and bit of tape should do the trick.

Belfast had a wheel, but they're not using it anymore because it was blocking the view of the Titanic statue. Maybe we can get it cheap...
