the LOCAL person is right about the trucks going over those hills. Its usualy unmarked eighteen wheelers driven by masked man. I tried to being a warehouse person (thus the clipboard) but they didn't fall for it

Hmm, that seems to agree with what my source had to say.
Apparently the trucks follow the same route each day, but he was not totaly sure of the route

In the next town there is a local wiseman who might be able to guide you through the hills to these people you speak of. There will be a price though I believe.

(kat im a seacadet, but i got my full bore shooting badge when the army cadets invited us to go, you are such kind folks. the funny bit is that it was mine and my mates 2nd time full bore, and we both got your 2 star, and none of the army cadets that were there got anything.)
