Having seen the cakes disappear from the window, enters and does a quick shifty look about the room. Sidles over and says "Hrmmph rumph rember." Waits a second with a confused look, then takes off his scarf and says, "I wish to be a member. It seems I need a specialty and a code name. I specialize in heavy weapons and explosives, and therefore more often than not comic relief, and my codename is usually something along the lines of Rolling Blunder. Kinda like rolling thunder, but, well, jokingly not so. If I am needed, I can be reached quite easily; just follow the burning fuses!" With that he bundles up, takes a sugar packet from the coffee mess, and heads out the door, being careful not to close it on his scarf. The move looks practiced, as if catching in the door is an all too common problem with this one.
