festival time. i also saw ricky gervais, who is even shorter, and the bloke who plays the stupid groundsman in monarch f the glen who is shorter still...

At least, my mates saw him - he was at the bar when they were... I only stepped up to tell them what I wanted, and went and sat down again without noticing him 
By the time they mentioned it, he'd gone.
Seemingly he lives around the corner.
