...hundreds and hundreds of links you set happens to be the original one, dating from the time you began compiling the list, and not the one that was set by team only a few days ago.

Don't think of it as an 'error' on your part or I will have to disagree with you in a most disagreeable fashion. Think of it rather as 'a need to update', to keep abreast of the vagaries of a changing cosmos constantly in motion and flux. Life, after all, is by definition, 'change'.
