I'm in Luxembourg which is a good 4 hours away from Paris, so while it's not exactly on my doorstep, it's driveable. I did it at Easter (weekend at Disneyland Paris - the new Walt studios are well worth a visit)

Despite my best intentions I never quite made it to Parc Asterix this year, so my preference would be for that one. But either's good.

And I'd love to meet some of the other European researchers in RL.

I'm interested too! And I can probably drag Tinkerbell along too, especially if there's a promise of seeing giant fairies at Disneyland Parc Asterix would be cool too as I'm a lifelong Asterix fan

I hadn't exactly forgotten.... but it does look like I'm not going to be able to make it

One of my little darlings needs picked up at the Euro Space Center on Friday evening, the other is due to be collected from the Belgian coast on Saturday, so driving to Paris on top of that lot is probably not on.

We're intending to visit the charmingly named Ploppsaland theme park while we're "oop north", so I'll send a report on that instead

Looks a bit babyish for my 2, no scary coasters, but should be fun for a few hours.

Yeah, was quite fun. Not worth travelling to especially, but if you were in the area (close to channel ports such as Ostend, Dunkirk, Calais) with some under-10s who needed entertaining, then you could do worse.
