It's kind of funny. The building has the word "tower" in the title, but there are no towers, and the building is long and short.

It's kind of an American thing. We tend to misname new housing developments, such as Crane's Mill (no mill, no cranes), Deer Run (all deer exterminated), Roseland Green (buildings so close together there's no room for grass), and Harvest Lane (build on top of a farm).
If you check out the book "The Westing Game" there is a similar situation.
