That, I think, was the best picture I've seen on hootoo anywhere.

It had an earth in the middle with crossed guns over it, and something about each regiment on the sides.

Wonko - the best picture on hootoo, drawn by werekitty, wasn't a blobbed image but an external graphic so it was moderated. and the editors are too tight to blob non CA graphics. (btw a large number of CA graphics are actually poor quality and don't meet the editors own specifications )
