Okay lets get's started...Anyone got a really good suggestion for the S.H.A.D.O.W. takeover/domination of hootoo?
A rocket does seem too incendiary.I want to take over not blow it down...

The rocket was originally built to drop bleach on Doncaster to clean up the Prof's worm virus thingy..
We will be willing to share the construction plans with S.H.A.D.O.W and we can take over the Tower.. and control Hootoo!!
