Incomplete entries can get assistance from being posted to the Writing Workshop, where people will offer ideas and suggestions on completing and polishing up your entry.

I think you can take this entry in two directions. You can consider writing an entry on the life and discoveries of Jakob Ackeret, similar to this entry on the Inventions of Thomas Edison:

You should take the existing material in your entry and give it some structure, going from introduction, through definition, through examples and finally on to some form of conclusion. There are plenty of people ready to help - and the Writing Workshop is as good a place as any to get started.
