sorry about the wait... I'm sort of in my last year of school, and it's sort of hit me like a brick in the face, so i haven't been online much in the way of h2g2 and stuff for ages...
How can I move this article so other people can have a crack at it?

If you want to "give other people a crack at it", you can then submit the entry to the Flea Market. You do this the same way you submit an entry to PR, but select the Flea Market rather than PR in the drop down menu. If you do that, I'd suggest also posting a link to this PR thread in the new Flea Market thread, so that people there know what's been discussed here.
