ok, i think in changing the original rambling intro, which did have to be done, you've ended up with a non intro. i think you need to start with a bit of context because at the moment it's a bit jarring and if you really didnt know anything about the subject probably wouldnt make sense. also a bit more about carefulness might be nice.

i saw a documentary once that featured this bloke who paid money to have his testicles filled with water. about 2 litres of it.

or possibly it might have been on euro trash.........

It might be nice to 'ease' into the entry so that readers can decide if this is something that they want to read! Although the title should give them a small clue.

One other thing - you mention "cock rings" having a similar function - would it be worth adding a scentence explaining wht they are/do.
