Vanilla Wafer Pie Crust
This crust needs to be prebaked
What you'll need:[Makes 2 pies]
- 3 cups - 475g - of Vanilla Wafer crumbs (very fine crumbs if made in a blender or food processor)
- 1/2 cup - 63g - of confectioner1's sugar
- 12 tablespoons of melted butter
- Three 9" - 20cm - pie pans
What to do
- Mix the ingredients together until well blended.
- Pat the mix into the bottom of two deep 9" pie pans and use a third pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C, gas mark 4).
