Good Angel - recently become obsessed to the point of psychosis with the film 'Bio-Dome' Posted Jan 30, 2004
oh my god Stellastarr* are my favourite new band (if you couldn't tell that already). when we saw Jane's Addiction in november the Star Spangles were the first support band and they were bloody awful. when they'd finally finished and we realised there was another band before the mighty Janes we were like "nooooooooooo!" but then they came on and were completely amazing! it was my introduction to Stellastarr* and we went straight out and bought the album. it hasn't been off my cd player since.
also, they have a song called 'Jenny' (about me) with the line 'Jenny's coming after you...' (about me, rather aptly) therefore i have to love them. and they're touring in march, supported by the Killers, who also have a song called 'Jenny'. a whole gig in honour of me! ahahaha!

I was always more into Candy Apple Grey than Zen Arcade, but I think I'm the only one

Number Six Posted Nov 4, 2004
Interesting... I think Zen Arcade's a couple of really good songs on it, but Candy Apple Grey's that bit more accessible and easier to listen to as an album. What d'you think?
When I was at school, I used to go to sleep to that long one on the b-side of Zen Arcade. What was it called now? Recurring Dreams?

Yeah, it's that tough distinction between the whole album and the individual content... it's pretty hard to dislike any husker du, though.
