On the beta version of the User Pages there is a section at the bottom of the page for Subscriptions.
Is this the same Subscriptions that were announced in 2007 and were probably not finished ( A28647642 ) they only worked in brunel.
As they now have their own little box on the new user pages, did they get finished and do anything else or is what was said in 2007 still the latest news on them.

Hi BrownFurby. Yes this is the Subscription functionality that currrently only works in Brunel. It will be rolled out across the whole site for the full launch.
