I just put A354619528 into the address bar to see what you mean.
The page said:
"The Guide Entry number you asked for doesn't exist.
Perhaps you mistyped it?"

I somehow added a 4 to A35619528
by the way if you go to your solo edited entry page and click on
constellations: Phoenix it also comes up no such entry.
the question remains though. Was the greek spelling deliberate, and if so why?

As to the zodiac. Since Serpens never touches the ecliptic it is excluded while Libra, which is not an animal, gets included in this celestrial zoo. curious ain't it.
the articles dealing with zodiacal constellations are
A35977954

So does Serpens, that's because they are still unedited numbers and I don't have a pending A-number to use, they're still in PR. I never link to unedited because I can't trust myself to remember to alter the A-number to the edited one
Greek spelling? Yes, it was deliberate. I do try to make my constellations a little different like the contents of a box of chocolates

Aries is #41 edited constellation. I wonder which will have the glory of being #42? There are 12 pending...

I'm currently working on the three remaining constellations in Argo Navis. That's:
Puppis
Vela
Pyxis.

shagbark Posted Aug 13, 2008

Had you noticed in Carina GB says that there were only thtree parts to Argo Navis. the three Deke is doing + carina makes four.

Yes, we discussed it earlier. Both are right, it just depends on how you look at it. This is just another of those little anomolies that keep occuring.
Argo was the largest constellation in the sky but the convention existed before La Caille's time to refer to the location of a star as in 'the keel' or 'sail' etc of Argo. La Caille divided it into Carina, Vela and Puppis. Later he appropriated some stars from Vela and created Pryxis from stars in the mast/sail, probably along with his other 'scientific wonders' of the time like Antlia. But Pryxis was disregarded and almost fell into disuse over the years. Hence it wasn't regarded by some astronomers as a seperate constellation until it was included in the classifications of the borders in 1930 by the IAU. There were others within Argo that also dropped out of use and wern't included in the IAU list.
So, although it is officially a seperate constellation in its own right, it wasn't generally regarded as a part of Argo.
In other words, it's debateable.
