Why bother getting revenge, that only makes you as bad as the person your revenging and is it really worth it? I think not.

I agree - to me the best way is to put it all behind me rather than dwell on it - forget it as fast as possible!

Although there are a few things that can't go unrevenged - like practical jokes... ahhh... the satisfaction!

I think it depends on what was done to you and the nature of the revenge. As I said in another thread, I am not a vengeful person and wouldn't consider most of the things suggested here. Most of the petty things that people do, I can just shrug off. Even when my life has been made hell, I've just turned my back and walked away. But it is possible for somebody to want 'justice' when there doesn't seem to be any available from normal sources. Under such circumstances, as long as what is done isn't illegal, anything goes (IMHO).
