Milngavie, MILngavie...Its my kinda' town,
Where the hills are off limits and the rivers are brown,
The neds are plentifull but not very hard,
They try to get served but the barman shouts... YER BARD,
Bearsde, BEARsden...Its not very neighbourly,
Milngavie'll rise up and hit them..with...a s p a d e....erly
Damn!

I owuld say thats shockingly cynical if that wasn't our village (Town, Hamlet waste of property) anthem, and If I handn't written teh cynical article.
