Hi there,
Hopefully this ends up in the writing workshop this time... and not peer review as happened a few minutes ago 
Anyhow, I'd really appreciate some constructive criticism on this piece.
I *think* it meets the guidelines, or at least could - with a bit of tweaking.
I suspect that its far too long and waffly and the flow is a erratic to say the least, but Im enjoying the process nevertheless.
