Every holiday where it's practical, part of my routine includes walking in the surf on a sandy beach for as long as possible most days. Nothing like it for caring for your feet, the sand cleans and the salt water toughens. A bit of running in same is even better!
My only chore is toe nail clipping. I find it tedious and I tend to over do it, cutting too close to the quick. How did *the quick* get that name, anyway? (Off to Google) Nope, can't find it.
