Thank you Mina and Abi for organising everything! Was it just me or was there more of a chance to mix this time? I think the choice of venue made that much easier.
Looking forward to the next one everybody?
Thank you
Mina Posted Jul 21, 2002
It was our pleasure! Abi did all the donkey work and stressful bits, I just did as I was told (mostly).
I'm looking forward to it already! Although I do have a bit of a sore throat this morning.
I'm glad that everyone enjoyed it.
Thank you

Next time though I'm skipping the softball, exercise appears to be bad for my health

And a big thankyou from me and TM too.
Another excellent Meet all round. Can we pursuade Jimster to wear Anne Robinson style glasses next time?

Sorry about the sore throat Mina- I think the room was a bit small to stop smoke drift...
And I *so* wanted to tie Mark naked to a tree in Hyde Park and paint him blue, but none of you spoil sports would help .
Thank you
Frankie Roberto Posted Jul 21, 2002

Yes, my first meet and it was hugely enjoyable, even though I had been on the sauce most of the day elsewhere and my main contribution to the evening was standing around looking bewildered and swaying slightly.
Great fun, good company, nice venue, altogether a lovely evening.
DMS
Thank you
